A Low-Sugar Minty Clean Green Juice
This minty concoction is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Like most of my __juice recipes, it’s low in sugar but loaded with nutrients— and the minty flavor is ultra delicious.
Mint is a natural digestive-aid and is also anti-inflammatory, and along with the other power-packed produce in this recipe, this __juice is sure to help you get more vitamins and minerals including energizing iron and B-vitamins.
Have this juice as part of a meal or as a snack and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored
- ½ cucumber
- 3-4 sprigs mint
- 3-4 leaves kale
- 1 handful mixed greens
- ½ lemon, peeled and juiced
Directions:
- Wash and prepare ingredients
- Add ingredients through juicer — start with the apple, then add the kale and greens, followed by lemon and finally the cucumber.
- Serve and enjoy!
