A New Orange Juice for Breakfast
Orange __juice for breakfast doesn’t have to come from a store-bought carton, and it doesn’t have to contain oranges! This orange breakfast __juice is made up of carrots, ginger, lemon and pear. With carrots as the base, it is just as sweet and satisfying with a higher dose of nutrients than any store-bought juices. While I love a green juice, in the morning I find that a juice with a little more starch helps to get me going. The beta-carotene found in the carrots is a source of potassium that helps keep electrolytes balanced, and some of the starch from both the carrots and the pear help to keep me going all morning long. If you love orange (colored) juices as much as I do, you can find plenty more in the 25 Anti-Inflammatory Juices mini-recipe book.
