A delicious and nutrient-rich __juice is one of my favorite additions to breakfast. This __juice is a modification of traditional carrot, apple, ginger juice. Here’s the twist: I added both sweet potato, which is loaded with anti-cancer and immune-boosting properties as well as vitamins A and C, and also spinach, which is chock-full of brain-healthy nutrients and antioxidants.

Try this juice to help get you moving in the morning. It’s a rich source of nutrients and as a tasty addition to your day. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • ½ sweet potato
  • 1 small apple, cored
  • 3 carrots
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 1 handful spinach

Directions:

  1. Wash and prepare ingredients.
  2. Add ingredients through the juicer.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Prep time: 5-10 minutes

Total time: 5-10 minutes

Servings: 1 serving (16-20 oz, 500 mL)
