Turmeric Sweet Potato Orange Juice

I couldn’t love sweet potatoes more if I tried. Anything and everything sweet potato steals my heart. I might even turn orange soon. Sweet potatoes are especially a gem when I enjoy them in juice recipes. You might be surprised to learn that you can juice sweet potatoes, but yes, you definitely can (and I encourage it!). They add a different sweetness than fruits and offer a slightly thicker consistency to your juice since they are part of the starch family. A few of my current favorite sweet potato juices are the Divine Dreamsicle, the Peach Pie Juice and the Sweet Potato Medley.

Since you can never have too many sweet potato juice recipes, a few weeks ago we decided to combine the best of all three of these recipes into one in the Reboot Kitchen. The combination turned out perfectly and we even added in some major anti-inflammatory benefits from the fresh turmeric.  The benefits of turmeric are endless. Turmeric is known to have over 500 health benefits and it may positively modulate over 700 gene expressions in the body! Learn more about the benefits of turmeric and add it to this amazing juice!
